During my stay, I faced some challenges with the Wi-Fi connection, which was quite spotty and disrupted my leisure time. Even though the breakfast offered a good variety, the service was notably slow during busy hours, making me feel a bit frustrated. Additionally, the checkout process left much to be desired, with discrepancies in charges that caused unnecessary stress as I was trying to leave.

The room cleanliness could use serious improvement!!! Damp and musty smells ruined the experience. Slippery floor tiles by the pools made it dangerous. Placing extra toilet paper in rooms shouldn't even be up for debate!!!

Enjoying the delicious breakfast daily and lounging by the pristine pools made my visit unforgettable. The serene surroundings felt like a hidden paradise, while the helpful shuttle service was an added bonus for exploring the vibrant Ubud.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The pools are fantastic and the spa services helped us unwind after visiting the Monkey Forest and local markets. The free shuttle made exploring super easy. Staff were really friendly and always ready to help us out.

The internet was pretty spotty during our stay, but we got a local SIM card which worked just fine.

We enjoyed a spacious Premier Double or Twin Room with a huge bathroom overlooking the beautiful rice fields. The restaurant served excellent food every day and the staff were incredibly friendly. The massage at the hotel's spa was a delightful treat that added to our relaxation.

However, the checkout experience was frustrating due to attempts to charge for items initially promised for free and a rude receptionist during the process. Though the rooms are spacious and well-decorated, accessing the upper floors with heavy luggage is inconvenient.

It was just a fine choice for resting at all in Ubud (Bali) with decent value for money. The staff quickly arranged for our rooms to be next to each other when we requested this, which made our stay easier. Make sure to check out the free shuttle service to explore nearby attractions.
